Loris CapirossiLoris Capirossi will return to the Pramac Ducati lineup for Phillip Island this weekend, but admits that he will not be at peak fitness for his last MotoGP appearance in Australia.

The Italian, who will retire from racing at the end of the 2011 season, dislocated his right shoulder when he collided with Toni Elias at Aragon last month, exacerbating injuries he had previously suffered in a practice crash at Assen. He was replaced on the Pramac bike by Damian Cudlin for the last round in Japan, but was determined to be back for Phillip Island.

"I'm happy to be back at this circuit, I'm very bound to the Phillip Island track," Capirossi said. "In the past, I've won here three times, earning many podium finishes. I'll be back there for the last time, I hope to do well, even though my shoulder still causes many problems, despite the medical care made in recent days."
