Joey Hand, Andy Priaulx and Dirk MullerBMW sports car racers Joey Hand, Dirk Muller and Andy Priaulx are the latest international guest drivers to commit to V8 Supercars' Surfers Paradise event. The October street event sees the V8 regulars each joined by a star from elsewhere in motorsport in a weekend of two-driver races.

ALMS veterans Hand and Muller, who will both be making their Surfers debut, will drive for Dick Johnson Racing. Priaulx took part last year and was the most successful of the visiting drivers – finishing second in race one with Craig Lowndes. The three-time World Touring Car champion will again share with Lowndes at Triple Eight this season.

"Racing in Surfers last year was an amazing experience," said Priaulx. "I love street circuits and this is definitely one of the best I have driven on. I would have been very disappointed if I had not been asked back by Roland Dane and Triple Eight this year, so thank you for the invite and also a big thank you to BMW for letting this happen."
