Jeroen Bleekemolen will make his GT1 World Championship debut at the Nurburgring this weekend with the Reiter Lamborghini squad.
The 30-year-old Dutchman, will partner Mike Parisy, who won the Zolder round of this year's series in a Muhlner Motorsport-run Porsche, but switches to the Gallardo for the German event.
Although he has never raced in World GT1, Bleekemolen has a wealth of sports car experience. This year alone he has driven Porsches in the ALMS, Grand-Am and ADAC GT Masters and won the Dubai 24 Hours in a Mercedes SLS GT3. He has also raced Rebellion's LMP1 prototype in the World Endurance Championship.
Peter Kox and Stefan Rosina will drive the second car as the team returns to World GT1 after missing the last round in Russia. Kox's regular co-driver Darryl O'Young is on World Touring Car duty at Sonoma.
