After running the first portion of her IZOD IndyCar Series career with a darker blue/yellow Ipiranga livery, the revised livery for Brazilian Ana Beatriz features a heavier yellow presence with a lighter blue trim and accent.
Beatriz, who ran a partial season in 2010 including starts at her home race in Sao Paulo and her Indianapolis 500 debut, before her first full season with Dreyer & Reinbold Racing in 2011 (LEFT), is set to make her 2012 debut next weekend in Brazil, now with Andretti Autosport. The team revealed the finished livery of her No. 25 car Friday morning before the car is set to ship along with the rest of the field.
The withdrawal of Bryan Herta Autosport means a field of 26 cars for Brazil, not 27 as had been intended with Beatriz running as a promoter's option in the Andretti Autosport car with Conquest Racing technical support. She had her first test for the team for one day at Sebring in March, driving James Hinchcliffe's usual No. 27 GoDaddy car.
