#1 Audi, Spa 2012Audi topped the times in final practice ahead of qualifying for the Spa 6 Hours, round 2 of the World Endurance Championship, on Friday afternoon.

Marcel Fassler jumped to the head of the times in the closing minutes of the one-hour session in the No. 1 Audi R18 e-tron quattro, which had also been fastest in both Thursday sessions. His time of 2m01.998 in the hybrid Audi was just three tenths quicker than Marco Bonanomi in the best of the non-hybrid cars entered by the German manufacturer.

The other two Audis filled out positions three and four in the times ahead of the best gasoline privateer LMP1, the Rebellion Racing Lola-Toyota coupe driven by Neel Jani.

Pierre Kaffer was fastest in LMP2 in the AF Corse-run Pecom ORECA-Nissan. Quickest in GTE was the Aston Martin Vantage GTE driven by Stefan Mucke.
