Karel Abraham and his family Cardion AB team will continue in MotoGP with a satellite Ducati for a second season in 2012.

The 21-year-old Czech rider graduated to the premier class this year after six seasons in the lower world championship categories, culminating in a maiden top-level win in the 2010 Moto2 season finale at Valencia.

Abraham has had a solid start to his MotoGP career so far, with seventh places in the wet at Jerez and Silverstone and a sixth on the grid for the latter race, putting him 10th in the championship at present.
